Why won't profiles merge?

I've initiated a merge between [[Stapelberg-8|Petrus Stapelberg]] and [[Stapelberg-345|Petrus Stapelberg]].  It was my son-in-law.  Both managers gave permission (if I read it correct) yet when trying to complete the merge, I get "Permission Denied" .... Help

Hi Izak.

Both approvals for the merge has been recorded, but Stapelberg-8 is not a privacy "Open" profile. Only those on Stapelber-8's Trusted List are able to complete the merge. You can request to be added to the Trusted List. Once your request is accepted you are going to be able to complete the merge.
