How do I edit a <private> profile for someone long dead?

I'm working on https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Sampliner-1 and both her mother and father are listed as private. I can't even see who the profile manager is as there are no links. I have both birth and death dates for her mother now and would like to add them.

If they were born before 1868 or died before 1918 I can open them.

While we're on the subject, there are a few profiles that need to be merged with a few of mine that aren't open, and because the other PM didn't list any dates for them, ... well they still aren't open.  The people were born in the 1820's, well before the cutoff year.

And as much as I hate saying it, I got frustrated by the PM's lack of response to requests to connect a profile's parents (while the PM was still making other contributions elsewhere), so much that I went ahead and knowingly made duplicates, hoping I could just get them merged.  Nope.  Now there are duplicates with pending merges that can never be completed.
If you run into profiles that should be open make an open profile request.

Since I'm here just let me know the ids and I can open them
They are Higley-246 and Avery-1461.  They are husband and wife.  Their pending merges with my profiles are shown at the bottom of their profiles, of course.  Is there a way for you to just merge them and get it over with?  Even if they become open, I still have to wait a month before default approval is given and someone can actually merge them.
Since the other user is active I'm not going to force the merge but I did open the two profiles so there won't be a problem once it is approved.
Oh I saw that you said you have contacted them before and they are ignoring you. You might want to read this: https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Unresponsive_Profile_Managers#Open_and_Public_Profiles
I can’t see their IDs as they are private. The one I’m interested in now was born in 1869 and dies 1946.
Ah then it can stay private until next year. If it helps the profile manager for the parents is the same as Mabell's, so maybe message him and ask him to open them.
