Hi! It won't matter. You are correctly registered here with your "Last Name at Birth". You can add your married name to the "Current Last Name" field on your profile and that will show both in the DNA section display on your profile page. The key for DNA entries is the kit number. You can still register your DNA kits on your profile. If you put your married name into the "Other Last Name" box - then they will both show up - like mine does.

Check out my profile to see both my maiden name and my married name.
