Postings with no information

Question

I am seeing too many postings that are just a question, with no information to help with an answer.  Stuff like "There is an error on one of my profiles"..  "I have made a mistake" .. "Is this date right"

You click the posting, and there is nothing there. Just the question. Nothing at all in the text. It leaves you thinking... Which Profile,... What picture... Why, Where, When, Who.

Is there any way that it can be made mandatory to enter something in the text box.... Or even an error message telling you the text is empty.

I usually just ask for more information in a comment under their question. I agree that it can be frustrating, but I think it may be a consequence of people posting from their phones and maybe not realising that there is a text box available.
