I don't.  But I have a YDNA match to an Edwards there who goes back to a Gilbert Edwards, who left Warren County, NC in the 1880's or so, for Newton County, Arkansas.  Had a son named David Crockett Edwards, who had a son named Virgil, who had the YDNA match guy, Larry.   I'm digging around in that family to see if I can find the nexus of his and mine.

Do any of those ring a bell??
Well, right now, I'm working on an 1850 census index for Newton County, but I'll check where Kirk's family came from. I know where Gladys Pickett's family comes from.
Gilbert wasn't born til 1863, so you won't find ANY of those guys in the 1850 census.  Gilbert went to Ark sometime between 1863 and 1887.  His dad died in 1880 in Tennessee, which makes me think they were on their way to Ark at that time.  Gilbert was in the 1880 census in Newton County, but he was only 19 at the time.  So I'm guessing our Edwards guys are not related. UNLESS your "older" Edwards family was what drew Gilbert's family to Arkansas in the first place.
