Does this DNA proof work with new EU privacy laws

== DNA Note ==

DNA note inserted here as it is not visible on my profile:  Outside of wikitree Laura Pennie-22 Bozzay has confirmed several relatives who link in to him. (Him is my father's profile)

'''Because all of the people I match to are living, I am using a code to differentiate the people but hide their identies to conform hopefully with the new EU privacy laws.'''

*FTDNA matches and Gedcom Match with "DRV "  my line on FTDNA ...I (DRV) am related to the Cheyne's, Henderson's, Kerr's and the lateral lines. When you (Laura) mentioned Catherine Kerr is she the one b. 1869 in Lonmay who married Charles Pennie? They came to Canada? She would have been a 2nd cousin to my (DRV) Grandmother." This Catherine Kerr is my (Laura) great grandmother. DRV and Laura match at 2nd-cousin to 4th cousin prediction . Our longest block match is 29 and we have 61 shared cm. We match on chromosomes 2 and 12. This match proves DNA from Catherine Kerr to me through my Father.  There are others like this.  DRV and Laura match another 5 people in FTDNA database and more in GedMatch.   Just updating 5 closest matches to both DeLories and me, now out of 40. Because I have not gotten permission to post their names I have used a code:

*NAME Laura Bozzay.....MATCHNAME DRV .....CHROMOSOME 2..... START  LOCATION 65833144.....END LOCATION 104798574 .....CENTIMORGANS 28.89..... MATCHING SNPS 7579 (first row equals this layout)

* Laura Bozzay..... DRV 2.....   65833144.....104798574.....28.89..... 7579

* Laura Bozzay......JTA 4..... 156350398.....175137263.....19.66.....3900

*Laura Bozzay..... LO 2.....   66555574.....  77509668.....13.35.....1764

*Laura Bozzay..... ME 2.....   66555574.....  78713382.....14.55.....3300

*Laura Bozzay..... PN 2.....   69196653.....  83888874.....15.24.....3700

Note my father is deceased with a death date and location filled in.
