Looking for the parents of William A. Owen(s) from Windham Co., Rhode Island. Sorry about that.

There is no Windham county in RI - just Bristol, Kent, Newport, Providence and Washington counties.  There are Windham Ctys in CT and VT.  As the borders changed in this region, between MA/RI/CT in the 1700's and in the very late 1700's with VT, do you have any approximate dates of birth, marriage, death for William?  Is he from the 1680's or 1950's!

 Windham County, Connecticut. Sorry. William married Ruth Thompson on July 13, 1837 in Hampton, Windham Co., Ct. He died on April 30, 1883 in Hampton, Ct.
