My Great Grandfather, Jacintho (Jesse) De Mello Constancio came here from St. Michaels, Azores. I believe the parish was Relva. I am having a difficult time finding and/or translating records from the Azores. He was born about 1865 (May) and married Maria Moniz. They settled in Fall River, MA area in about 1882

This site has a tremendous amount of material for the Azores: http://www.ghp.ics.uminho.pt/genealogias.html

Note that the Catholic Church records are formulaic: they all follow the same pattern. If you get one type (baptism or marriage) transcribed and translated you should be able to read most of them.
