Arborists Project - There aren't arborists projects for specific places.
Neither is a pre-1700 project, but you don't need to join a pre-1700 project. It's encouraged but not absolutely necessary. Have you been seeing that banner that says something about coordinating with a pre-1700 project? Fill out the form and someone will contact you and then you are officially coordinating.
