Requesting help in understanding DNA connections

I recently uploaded my raw FTDNA data and I would love some help decoding what it means when i get a list like this one:

https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:DNATests&s=LAROE&order=name&filterId=&filterType=

Which I found under my DNA tab for LAROE DNA

are the people listed directly related?

I am new to this and am trying to link up my more recent relatives with profiles on this site which I believe are connected but i have not been able to find the link solely through genealogy yet

would appreciate any clues or hints because this site is pretty complex and my brain may implode soon

thank you!

Wikitree does not take uploads of raw DNA data. What we do is register that we have taken a test. The theoretical DNA links are then propagated along the paper trail links. That list gives you clues about people who may match you and which sites they tested at. You would need to compare their test against yours on the appropriate sites to establish whether you have matching DNA.

oops i meant I uploaded the raw data to https://www.gedmatch.com/gedwiki/index.php?title=Universal_DNA_Upload

and they gave me a number and that number seems to link me to other LAROEs
