Thomas William Cox born abt 1854 married Lucy Hopkins born abt 1855

Question

I have entered Thomas mentioned above and thus checked for matches.  However how can one fine tune the data so that I do not duplicate entries when others do not give enough details or they are blocked so that one does not know if they are the same person or not.

When ùi get a list of twenty people listed it is very frustrating to clarify the data.  Previously I sent private messages to establish match or not but exhausted the 10 a day rule very easily.

Just looking to be a clean working data inputter
