Is there a project that covers these pre-1700 people?

Would I be stepping on any toes if I proceed with the merge of two pre-1700 people in Perqimans Country, South Carolina - Wilson-50806 into Wilson-7544?  There is no reaction after 30 days from either Ed Butler or Melissa Poe.  I am trying to tidy up around the Doctons of this period and this merge will help enormously, for instance I propose next to merge Dockton-1 into Docton-2, so that Benjamin Wilson only has one wife.

When you propose the merge, that should be enough notice for the profile managers.  I do not think you are stepping on toes.  I think you are improving the health of our collaborative tree.

Agree with Lucy- you are cleaning the house. I ended up with a messy line where there were 3 variant surname spellings that had been all been loaded so there were triplicates of everyone, and it was a PITA to get it all straightened out with unresponsive admins.
