New profile for PGM

I found another puritan Edward Weeden that was in my tree and missing from the PGM project. I just completed his bio. Let me know if you think he belongs.

It's not new; there's a duplicate Weedon-31, but Anderson uses the Weeden spelling, so we've protected Weeden-624 and will propose a merge.

Oh no.  Sorry I didn't see the duplicate Weeden.  This is Caryl, not Joyce, I did not create the profile.  I just added sources but if I had known it was a duplicate, I wouldn't have tried.  Sorry I wasted your time and mine.
