loss of YDNA lineage

My difficult ancestral line is losing its YDNA identity due to Wikitree, not the EU.  Contact information for the sample's source, a non-involved non-member, is my email, as it is on FTDNA.  There is no other.  All that is needed is for Wikitree to accept this.  The only reason the source has a profile is Wikitree policy, not EU.  He, I, and all our dead ancestors are American and not subject to the EU.

Regarding the EU, given their history we all understand why they are jittery about DNA, but they are spitting in the wind.  Pandora's Box was opened decades ago, and we all know what was left.

Hmm That is a bummer. You better copy it down for later.
