if you email me I will share all I have including the mother for Frederick
I have now put a headstone on the grave of Ane in Featherston Cemetery NZ, it took me ages to find her. I finally found an original burial plot register (150 years this year since she passed). Frederick is buried in old Karori Cemetery in Wellington NZ. He died in 1910.
The registration for emigration in Copenhagen was 21/3/1874, the ship was called the Loch Awe. Idirekte means they sailed from Copenhagen to Southhampton then to Auckland, not directly.
Its interesting to note that the family consisted of:
Frederik(33), Ane(40), Kristiane(11), Kristian(8), Ane Marie(5), Hans(5), and Karoline(3) yet when the ship got to Auckland the manifest says
Frederik(33), Anne(40), Kate(11), Kristian(8), Hans(5) and Karoline(1), no mention of Ane Marie which always confused me. So i'm very happy that Ane Marie II actually made it too !
When G/grandpa Frederik remarried in 1894 after G/Grandma passed away (it says widowed 20 May 1893), he lists his Mother's maiden name as Annie Rasmusen and his father as Frederik Olsen.
His death certificate says that his 1st wife was Annie Marie Anderson. Her father was Anders Nielson.
