Google search bringing up name of person with black unlisted privacy setting

I changed Virginia M Woerner to the black unlisted privacy setting a few days ago.  I queried her as I am looking to see if she has a death date anywhere

What I saw was this:

WOERNER Genealogy | WikiTree FREE Family Tree

Virginia M Woerner 1930s Privacy Level: Private (Red) .... William Frederick Woerner 20 Aug 1864 St. Louis, St. Louis, Missouri, USA - 27 Jun 1932.

But it is clearly a black privacy setting

What does this mean in facing the new privacy laws?

WHICH country has which laws about Privacy is also a consideration.

ALSO Google has cache files and those are sometimes available when the now-time file is not available

I clicked on the above URL -- Virginia also listed in the 1940 Census, parents and all and listed as a KOENIG descendant on google.

Hard to hide someone when they are plastered "all over" the internet.

Google takes longer to update then we do. It should disappear soon.

Thanks Eowyn,  I wanted to make sure it was at their end and not ours!

Good news is I found an obit for her she died in 2014 and I just updated her profile and reset the privacy now to open.
