It would be nice to get this done quickly.

On a day in 2012 a PM uploaded a Gedcom with a small number of profiles for the Dixie family. He has done nothing else. The profiles remained unsourced until I started working on them about 2016 but they are only of the most marginal interest to my family research so it has gone slowly. Merges happened after 30 days. I saw today that a new member has appeared, descended from the Dixies who has announced his interest even though his Gedcom isn't up yet. I'd really like to get this sorted in preparation for handing the profiles over to someone who will care about them. Is it possible to have this PM removed on these Dixie profiles quickly or am I being unreasonable? I know the protocol is to send him lots of messages then complain that he is unresponsive etc etc. I am actually PM as well on several of them so perhaps it isn't the problem I think it is.

Have you gone through the process for unresponsive profile managers once? You should be able to get them all transferred to you in one batch if you make the request. If there's been no response from the manager through that process then if there are still profiles you need access to an email to info@wikitree.com should take care of it, but I'd at least go through the process once.

I haven't because it hasn't really bothered me. Presumably not responding to merge requests is unresponsive.
Yup - that's unresponsive.
