Working on inline citations

I joined PIP and I have been trying my hand at inline citations. Could some critique this profile for me please. Be honest. Let me know how to improve it if needed.

I love it when folks learn how to create inline citations. Thumbs up. Bravo.
Thanks Anne B

If you just say "Birth"...and the inline citation ref number, I actually have to follow the link to find the date.

Wouldn't it be better to say "Birth 1930" and inline citation ref number.  That way you can follow the link if you want to, but if you don't, you do have the date.

 Even better would be:

Something like:

Birth 1930 in Leicester in England...??? with the inline reference?

I see you've put it at the beginning of the biography, but you can actually only put it once under "Birth", and remove it from the top.

Ok thank you.
I redone it

I think that looks excellent.  Well done.  Reads nice, and in order without jumping around in the profile.

Now, have you tried putting a link to "London, Kentucky" as an inline reference?  Try this link if you so wish

https://www.google.co.za/maps/place/London,+KY,+USA/@37.1061608,-84.2298611,10.72z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x885ccd149736c703:0x621951e47307cc98!8m2!3d37.1289771!4d-84.0832646

You've got the inline citations down just fine.  Now you'll want to look into possibly adding categories and writing a biography instead of a basic outline.  You could add in his occupation, hobbies, that sort of thing.  Then write it up like a story.

Thank you Lucy, I will give that a try.
