What do you do for a town where the date would have the area still as Native American Lands?

The profile you linked has a birth date of 1602 at a location called "North Farnham Parrish, Richmond, Native American Lands". I can say with 100% assurance that the place was not known by any of those names in 1602. If she was born in the vicinity of Richmond, Virginia in 1602, I have to assume that she was a Native American, so her name at birth would not have been Elizabeth.

If this is a native woman who lived in the area that later became Virginia, my preference would for the  text section (which hasn't been created yet) to explain that she is thought to have been a woman of a particular Indian nation (include the name of the nation or tribe) who would have been born in the vicinity of what later became Richmond (or perhaps that later became Wise County -- this isn't clear from the information provided), Virginia. For the location entry in the profile data field, I'd suggest "Virginia" as an approximation.
So to follow up, this is not my profile but I amended Virginia myself as part of the Data Doctor project. Should I change it back to Virginia and leave a note or PM the profile manager?

North Farnham Parish was located in Richmond County, which is about 50 miles northeast of Richmond City.

As Ellen said, if she was born there in 1602 (before Jamestown, 1607) she must have been native and taken the name Elizabeth when converted before her marriage. North Farnham Parish wasn't established until 1683, so it is incorrect for her death location as well as for her birth. I don't know what the answer is-- only what it is not.

I think the profile is confused with two different people. it gives a marriage date, when she is about 30 or so. And a son born in England about 15 years before the marriage.

If you trace Richmond County (where North Farnham Parish was located) back. the earliest county was Northumberland County and FamilySearch.org has this to say about N'land Co:

"1648--Northumberland County was created 12 October 1648 from Indian District of Chickacoan." URL:
https://www.familysearch.org/wiki/en/Northumberland_County,_Virginia_Genealogy#Parent_County

That, of course, would not have been its name in 1602 before the English arrived.

I think her surname is meant to be LNU, last name unknown and somehow has become lNU, the L not capitalized. I think her name should be Elizabeth Unknown and that she was born in England.
