Does it make sense to be unlisted and volunteer?

If someone volunteers to be a Wiki Genealogist then is there an issue if their privacy level is unlisted?

if you look at the privacy settings of your own profile, you'll see that "Unlisted" is not an option for an active WikiTreer

If you click on the volunteer badge you can see who has volunteered.  Some of them have their privacy set to unlisted.  I am trying to understand how it makes sense to be a volunteer but have your privacy set to unlisted.
I have often wondered myself why they would do this. They are prevented from taking part in WikiTree. If they have changed their mind about joining, they can just delete the Guest profile.

If a Guest changes their privacy to Unlisted, they cannot be confirmed as a Family Member. They then are prevented from signing the Honor Code and becoming a WikiTree Genealogist.

If the Guest has a normal privacy setting and is confirmed as a Family Member, they cannot then change their privacy to Unlisted.
