I've been digging into the UK Quaker records lately. There is a lot available outside Ancestry. In some cases (Gloucestershire), you'll find free records online (someone printed them in book format so they are now on Hathitrust, but also there are non-indexed scans of meeting records available on FamilySearch).
Best way I've found to see what's available outside Ancestry is to check the FamilySearch wikis. "Non-comformist" is the phrase you want to look for, as that encompasses all parish records that are not Church of England.
So for this research question, try Cheshire, England Online Genealogy Records. They link to a searchable index of non-comformist records on FamilySearch. I also would check the FamilySearch wiki for the parish, so if you look at Mobberley, Cheshire Genealogy wiki you'll see mentioned that Mobberley, Friends' Meeting House (Quakers). Burial registers 1655–1742 are at the Cheshire Record Office. There is a contact email, perhaps they will be helpful.
