shrinking jpg filles

This might help folks.  I had a large jpg file of wedding that was too big to upload, actually it was two pages.

I used the snipping tool in Windows and cut out the first page and saved it to a new file in my computer, then did the same for the  second page.  The upload to WikiTree now was easy.

Do you have a paint program? You can use that to alter the size. The snipping tool can only do so much. That may also work.
