How do i a get a completly private profile opened, when the person was born in the 1820's

Question

I was doing some work on a distant cousin, adding his family but the profile owner has both his wife's and mother's profile as completely private.

They were both born about 200 years ago or more, so the profiles should be opened.  But i can't even see either profile to submit an open profile request. They are both top level private.

Here is the profile for my distant cousin.  He was born in 1814.  Both his mother and wife's are top level private.  I'd like them opened, so i can finish working on them.

I went to the profile you have linked, and both the wife and mother are open. Someone made a change to them this morning.
