how do someone request a new mentor

How does someone request a new mentor?  I have sent at least 3 emails since I joined Wikitree.  Never once has she answered any of my emails.  I understand people have other obligations, etc. but really after 3 emails in all that time and never answered one.

I´m sorry about that. Sometimes e-mails are blocked by anti-spam filters. "Private messages" are a good way to communicate.
