My email address is correct but site says it is not confirmed, why?

Presumably they've sent you an email and they want you to prove that you've received it.  (Check spam bin etc)

Yes, as RJ said, maybe you need to recheck your email to make sure you haven't missed the verification note...?

The confirmation for WikiTree guest access comes to you as an email, so you may need to check your inbox and spam folder. If you cannot find the email, a new confirmation email can be generated at E-mail confirmation problems. Please let me know if you have any questions about this or anything about WikiTree.  :-)
