We recently found that my grandmother maiden name was Richardson not richmond. According to death cerificate her parents were james Richardson and Elizabeth Fernandez. She married joseph Federico, date unknown, they had one son gordon joseph Federico born 12-4-1917 on 122 lopez st, new orleans, la. Our familyhistory says she was adopted from Mexico but we are not sure. The census says she was born in Italy, Spain, Mississippi, and louisiana. Any help would be appreciated.
