You need to wait a little longer...
Connection Finder runs only once every 24 hours -- it doesn't update in "real time." And it takes a little while to do its calculations. So it can take up to 24 or 48 hours for new profiles to show their connections.

They may be connected to each other in a cluster but will continue to show as unconnected until one of them connects into the main stem of the tree.

they were connected to main stem of tree on or immediately after creation
When were they connected? See Ellen’s response about it taking time to process.
about half of them were created by being added on to main tree, the rest late Saturday night early Sunday morning. When calling up ancestors/descendants of the profiles they show the connections.
