wiki ID not being recognized

Question

i set up a profile for my great grandfather wiki ID BELL-21545, but whenever i enter this ID for editing purposes, an error message says that there is no profile with that ID.  how can i fix this?  thank you.

You entered it as Bell not BELL

It may be case-sensitive, depending on how you use it. Try Bell-21545 instead.
