Here we go...  Frances Pearman married James Kilgo / Kilgore in 1808 and they had a daughter that married into the Ellison family...

James Kilgo was born in 1777 in Wake, North Carolina, United States... The son of Peter Kilgo and Rachel Hunter... This is believed to be fact!

When James married Frances Pearman in 1808 the marriage document I found he (James) is listed as a "Kilgard" which is really off key for this one...

The 1850 U.S. Federal Census has them listed as "Kilgore" living in Walton Georgia.

Please look at the records...   Which is it? Kilgo or Kilgore...

Also please reach out to the profile manger for Kilgo-35 and let them know your thoughts on this as well...  I proposed a merge of the two records, because it is clear they're the same person born in Wake, NC back in 1777 marred to Frances Pearman...

Thanks in advance to all that take the time to look and respond!
