Translation of wedding record

Question

Can someone help me translate the following record.  I believe it's a marriage record from 1740.  Pavel Vosejpka was married to Zofia (Unknown) and he died in 1739.  I think this may be her marriage record to a second husband.  Record is on right side page, line 6. Thank you...

Interesting that it mentions the "above father" which looks like it's two records above.  Thank you so much!

Announced and married at the same times as the above father, the son Joannes Prokupek with the surviving widow Sophia after the deceased Paulus Woseypka.

 

Addendum: The two marriage records above this one are for the widowed father and for another son, brother to Joannes, who all married on the same day.

Why are there so many dates on the first one?  Looks like four different days.  For he middle of the three, I don't see the same last name.  Which of the three is the father?

The first of the three, Jacobus, is the father, Wenceslaus and Joannes are the sons. The first three dates are the dates of the announcements, the fourth is the wedding date. Catholic weddings typically required three announcements in the parish churches of both bride and groom before the marriage could go ahead. Only in extraordinary circumstances could these announcements be dispensed with (i.e. the bride gave birth within a few days of the wedding, etc.)
