Are you asking how your cousin can join Wikitree or are you asking about access to a tree elsewhere?
She would like to get permission to access my Family Tree Martel Ronald
I have tagged your question to the Greeters. Someone should be along shortly to explain to you what type of membership your cousin will need.
I believe anyone can see Public profiles on our shared family tree, even non-members.  If your cousin wants to see living people, he or she will have to join WT and be added to the Trusted List for those profiles.

Hi Ronald, you can add a profile for your cousin and then send your cousin an invitation to join WikiTree. Then you would need to add your cousin to the profile(s) trusted list for any family or ancestors that do not have an open profile. Your cousin could join WikiTree as a member then add his or her branches to WikiTree.
