Help with French parish record

Good afternoon (well, afternoon where I'm at anyway)!  I have a minor problem - there are two words in a handwritten parish record that I just can't make out.  The link to the book is here, on page 58, entry 74 for Jean Eis.

Leaving off the first part and starting with the parents, what I have follows - with ???? for the words I can't read:

I think I have everything else transcribed correctly (although I'm open to corrections on that as well).

Thanks for any help.
