Thank you so much for sharing this handout with us. I am for sure going to use it.  There are days when the pen and paper that I have next to my laptop just do not calculate correctly.  I don't understand why they are not working correctly.  It could be that I am trying to do the calculations at 3 in the morning. 

I really appreciate this aid. And I am going to mark this page, and I will be back again and again to use it.
