Born on 19 July 1824 In ohio.  There were 2 sons- bn 1854 and 1860  both  No parents given.

bn Lake Co., Indiana  and two dau  one bn abt 1863 in Ind and other 1868

in Polkton(old), Ottowa Co. MI -birth record entered May 25, 1868, Birth Index had middle initial H.  Bk 1, Page 12 #91.

Clue-- Polkton was old name for Coopersville or was it Poklton twp.-need to prove.
Once was  told that his father was David Green and David's father was Giddeon(Gideon) Green- written by one of (son bn 1854) George Green's  Girls- Myrtle.   Was not able to prove.

Is this the same Joseph as joseph M with locked profile created 8 June 2004:Born 1850's, died 1930's, Green-268 — Profile manager: Anonymous Anonymous??

Polkton was actually the name of a small village several miles west of the town of Coopersville, MI. It went by several names changing with the whims of it's inhabitants, ending as Dennison. Very little remains.
