You will eventually need to submit an Unresponsive Profile Manager Request Form, Louise, so you should familiarize yourself with the procedure.

You probably received the message that the person for whom you are requesting the Trusted List access is an inactive user. The rest of the message probably said the request will be sent on to the profile manager for that profile. You should hear soon whether or not your request has been accepted. If not, go to the profile of Kornbau-1 and send a message to the profile manager.
