In one word, no. check this:

Clearly the family name does not exist. It is a just a nickname meaning "ancestor" that some people give to (unknown) parents of their earliest known ancestors, so that their tree has one more generation. LOL. Same thing as creating "Unknown Father of X" and "Unknown Wife of Father of X" profiles.
