Is there a reliable source that says Susanna Page-262 was married to William Marston-7 & died in 1691?

Susanna's profile says that she was married to William Marston-7 and died in 1691. But there is no source on the profile that verifies that. I can find reliable sources for her birth in England about 1635, her parents Robert Page-175 and her mother, Lucia (Warde-23) Page.  But nothing about her after she arrives in New England.  She is not mentioned in her father's will so I wonder if she died at an early age.  Her sister, Rebecca (Page-263) Marston was married to William Marston-8. All of Robert Page's grandchildren with the last name of Marston are Rebecca's children.

It appears unlikely that Susanna Page was married to William Marston-7. He appears to have had two wives, an unknown wife who died before 1660-2, and Sabina Unknown (named in his 1673 will). See this wikitree discussion: William Marston's wives.
