I'm uploading Ancestry census files. I frequently get "this image cannot be processed. It may be too large or complex.".

The last file...

is only 2.18 MB (2,288,796 bytes).

Most of the uploads go alright; why not this file?

see my answer here: https://www.wikitree.com/g2g/613157/i-keep-getting-image-is-too-complex-to-upload

the downloaded image file is 2 meg, but the actual image is much larger (because jpeg images are compressed) -- about 37 meg. That's too large.
