With GDPR, What Do We Do with Outstanding Merges?

Before profiles less that 100 years old and without a death date were changed to Unlisted, merges were proposed for profiles that were obviously the same person.  Now you can't complete the merge and can't even see that they are the same. What do we do now?

See: https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:MergePerson&user1_name=Mosbacher-12&user2_name=Mosbacher-16&action=compare  The woman is dead, but the death date wasn't entered in one of the profiles, so she is now Unlisted.

I'd send a note to info@wikitree asking staff to take a look. They can complete the merge if it's clearly the same person.
