Who had interest in the Mayflower passengers?

I am a newby, so I will ask silly questions. Bear with me. I am descendant of William & Susannah White who came over on the Mayflower in 1620. My line follows the maternal side..... My grandmother Annie Laurie White Orgain is my connection. I have been working on this for a couple of years and have read lots of info.  Some of it is wrong and I want to bring this all together.  Anyone who will collaborate with me on nailing down facts, please let me know.

Barbara, there are no silly questions here if they are honest questions like yours was. Welcome to a wonderful community of folks who are willing to help out. I’ve certainly received excellent suggestions, pointers, and advice about improving my profiles, especially on sourcing. Happy hunting!

Hi  you might also check out https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/White-506. William has been quite controversial. There's a lot of information.

I'm a Mayflower co-leader, but don't know very much about White.
