Why is one of my family members still showing as unlisted?

I invited a family member to Wikitree and she accepted my invitation.  She now shows as the manager and I am on the trusted list.  When I looked at the profile today she is showing as unlisted?  I would have thought she should be at minimum 'private' - is this working the way it should?

According to https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Unlisted_Active_Members it is possible for Family Members of WikiTree to have Unlisted privacy, but full Genealogist members who have signed the Honor Code must switch to one of the "Private" levels of privacy.

So she is apparently 'active' as she has accepted the invitation and isn't showing as pending.

Does it mean she has to make one contribution before she shows up?  Like setting a privacy level?  

This seems too complicated for us to be able to help people get back to where we were before the recent changes.  It would be good if invitations could ask if they want the person who invited them to be a co 'profile manager'.  If they said yes we could easily do the set ups required.

She should have had her privacy changed to private with a public family tree when she set her password. Is it possible that she set her privacy back to Unlisted?

It's all been fixed now and I will never now if she did that or not as she is in another country.
