Categorization of special medical facilities

Good evening!

I have run into a few instances lately of relatives spending time in special medical facilities and was wondering how we categorize these?

For example state asylums of the past or modern facilities which assist those with developmental delays?

Would that be a health Category?

I've run a quick check and haven't really found much in the way of categories for health care facilities and most things related to health care are professions and cemeteries tied to the old "asylums."

I believe adding hospitals needs some discussion.

I do not believe that we need to add hospitals for a short-term visit a (we'd have to add nearly every hospital in every city and the categories would potentially hold thousands) and I see no genealogical need for that.  Of course, these things can always be mentioned in the biography without need for category creation. See my own gg-grandmother's profile, as she spent time in a mental health facility:

And if you're adding categories to unlisted profiles of living persons, they will only be seen by people on the trusted list of the profile.

Ah ok. I see how you handled that. It was done very nicely.

I could see where categorizing the asylums could be interesting but it doesn’t really make sense to categorize the living. But I’m not a categorization member so I’m very well informed in this regard of the intricacies of categorization pros/cons.

I guess I was curious as well how to categorize something like St. Amant Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It does provide health services for people but it also provides a school setting for people with autism/developmental delays as well.
