When you say raw data, are you referring specifically to DNA data or to the family tree?

If you mean the DNA - Wikitree does not accept raw Data from the DNA file.

If you mean the family tree, then you can upload a GEDcom, provided it is reasonably small - no more than several hundred names. You will have to go through and compare each and every person on the gedcom to make sure that there is NOT already a profile on wikitree, and you wont be able to add any living people at all, except for yourself, and perhaps your parents.

Personally, I thinks it's easier to just start from the beginning and enter your tree manually - ie do it yourself.
