In search of my Grandpa's mother's parents, can't seem to find much of anything except what I was told by my Grandpa.

I have found almost all of my Great Great Grandparents except for the parents of Frances Skinner (Skinner-5458). I am kind of stuck here and would appreciate any help I can get. I would like to be able to find more information on Frances so that I can continue growing my family tree and further connect our global family tree.

Other researchers have his mother as Sarah Elizabeth McDowell but I believe that to be erroneous info based on a CA death record in 1951 and the wrong given name in this record. Her name was Cordelia Elizabeth Switzer, not Sarah.

Frances Skinner's mother was Toye Lewis and she had a second husband named Alfred thats about all I know. I don't think the second husband is related to my grandpa, but thats the only one he ever knew. Hope this helps.

Family Search has lots of Frances Skinners born in the 1930s in various places in the US. Your WikiTree data has no locations, so it is not possible to say if any of these are relevant.
