Profile of Stephen Booth born 1750s and died 1810s locked. Why?

I switched the father of my ancestor William T. Booth, Stephen Booth Jr., from Booth-3621 to Booth-2651 because Booth-2651 had his parents on it and the other one did not.  Then I realized that Booth-2651 is locked, without the spouse's name that Booth-3621 has, and with 2 of the 11 children made private.  What is going on here?

Why not ask the profile manager? He's active.

You can request the profile be opened. From the drop down menu under the Wiki ID at the top of the profile page click on "Open Profile Request" and complete the requested information. Usually takes only a day or two to process. You might also mention that there are some "private" relations that should also be opened.
