Well, they can adopt one, but then they can't actually DO anything with it.  Personally, I think it's daft that they can even adopt it.

ME TOO!  Imagine my shock when I was Rangering and started questioning myself if this was true.  Oh well.  Thanks very much Ros as that does help me a great deal and I will not mislead anyone with a different version of truth.  LOL
