Renewed Sweet 1730-1810 has two records and two sets of parents can anyone clarify or suggest merge?

With two sets of parents (and two sets of ancestors) this may be a case where two women with the same name have been assigned the vital data for one of them. Or the birth belongs to one of them and the death to the other.

I don't know the sources for these families at all, but I'd be vary cautious to merge.

I remember reading that an early census record by a “Geneady”(?) falsely attributed children to the niece when it was the Aunt’s children all along. The confusion came about when two Mahoba-s were from the same family. So, one was renamed “Renewed” after the mother’s second marriage. If I I find that reference again, I’ll send it to you.
