Numbers in Triangulated Groups gedmatch utility

I am using the Tier 1 utility at gedmatch "Triangulated Groups BETA", selecting the "graphic tree results" output.  In this tree, the final line of each box has some cryptic notation, something like:

9(0,1) > 29(1,1)

Can anyone tell me what this notation means?
