How can one export all the profiles someone has created from WikiTree?

I am not sure what the official answer to that question might be, but my initial thought is that if the account is closed it is too late to perform an export. If your friend's account is closed then it will probably be managed by Wikitree-1.

I do believe however that it is possible to re-open a closed account unless it was terminated. The original profile manager would have to contact wikitree for more information.

her account was closed by WikiTree, according to her, with no explanation given.  She is very distressed.  As she put a huge effort into the profiles she created.  At the time her account was closed, she was suffering from concussion.  The political situation here in South Africa is very volatile and she took the stand she took with its consequences.  I feel for her for what she is going through.  She is a fellow animal lover and I applaud all she does for animals.  And it was she who suggested I join WikiTree and has helped me research my family as she has had some experience in genealogical research.  Apparently it was someone called Eowyn who closed her account with no explanation given and I feel for her for all she has been through.

First check whether she has just been put under a temporary block while a situation is discussed. If that is the case then it can be resolved. 

If her account has actually been closed then it would not have been done without reason. Here is a link to the closure process so you can get a better understanding of what happens.

I don't think profiles they created can be extracted, but you can do an ancestor extract, which will also include siblings of ancestors.

To get cousins is more complex. You'll need to do overlapping descendants extracts. Even then it doesn't seem to export full spouse details.

Your friend would need a profile.
