Hi Sarah, I have just created a one name study for the surname Varty.  Hoping I have done it correctly!

You need to sign up to the ONS G2G thread here

so Sarah can award you the badge; this will also give you links to the ONS Project page and its FAQ page.

and also remember to give us the URL of your new Study, so Sarah can create the redirect which will, among other things, make your sticker work.  I have also created a category page for you, turning the red 'Varty Name Study' category on your page to green by nesting it within the ONS category structure.
